OK, here's the deal. Our email address is info@maxmon.com, but please restrain your quivering email-sending hand until you've perused the following notes......

We love to receive praise on the Beboputer and its accompanying book: Bebop Bytes Back. To be honest, we can't get enough of this sort of thing -- the more the merrier -- so feel free to lay it on really, really thick.

If you do email us and if you expect a response, then for goodness sake include your own name and email path in the body the message, because it's not unknown for automatic reply systems to "throw a wobbly" and lose this information. Also, please summarize what your message is about at the beginning. Don't just kick off an email with something like: "I agree with what you said in your last message, but what about making it green? - signed Jack" (or worse, not signed at all). We get loads of messages and we can't remember them all. What was the original question? What did we say? What should be green? Jack who?

We're delighted to receive suggestions on how we could improve the Beboputer, or about additional tools and utilities that you'd like to see. This doesn't mean that we're actually going to do anything about it ...... but we might.

We're really interested in hearing about how you're using your Beboputer and what you're using it for; for example, teaching yourself about computers, teaching other people about computers, and so forth. Also, we'd love to hear if you spot someone using their Beboputer in an unusual way, or if you see the Beboputer referenced in an obscure magazine article (or anywhere else we might have missed).

If you write an interesting program or subroutine in the Beboputer's assembly language, and you think that other Beboputer users would be interested, then please feel free to send it to us so that we can put it up on our pages for other users to download and play with. Click Here for some nitty-gritty details about documenting your masterpieces, delivering them to us, and other stuff.

We hate to be harsh, but we simply can't promise to answer every question or chatty email on an individual basis. Generally speaking, the best you can probably hope for is a reference to pages in our book, or a pointer to an answer in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section of these Web pages. This certainly doesn't mean that we don't want to receive your questions, but don't be too surprised if our response is that we've added your question and our answer to the FAQ.

Last but not least, there is no chance that we will have the time to debug your programs for you. Sad to say, you'll just have to do what the rest of us do, which is to keep hammering away at it until you realize what you've done wrong. Now don't cry, because finally getting a program to work is a pretty good experience. Always remember that when you laugh the world laughs with you, but when you cry, you cry alone. So turn that frown upside down into a smile and leap back to the first point in this list.
